Are you a lender?
No. We are a voice-driven application intake service. You apply through us. We hand your application to a licensed mortgage lender of our choice (or yours). They underwrite, approve, and fund the loan.
How is this different from Rocket Mortgage or Better.com?
They give you a long form on a website. We give you a five-minute conversation on your phone. The data we hand to lenders is the same Fannie Mae 1003, but produced 10× faster — and we are not a lender, so you keep choice.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Voice transcripts and PII are encrypted at rest, never shared with anyone except the lender you're matched to, and never used to train any model. SOC 2 audit is in progress.
What languages do you support?
